GEMS April Holiday Academy

Easter Holiday Academy

Dates: 8 to 12 Apr (Mon-Fri) or 15 to 18 Apr (Mon-Thu)

Location: GEMS World Academy (Singapore) 2 Yishun Street 42, Singapore 768039

Cost: $650 (5 days) | $520 (4 days) per week

Bus Fee: $75 per week

Food: $50 per week

Drop off locations:

  • Route 1: Great World City, American Club and Bishan MRT

  • Route 2: Sentosa, Harbourfront and Suntec City

Minimal numbers to run: 7 

Age Group: 5 to 13 year old

Time:  9 am to 2 pm

GEMS Easter Academy is filled with Easter-themed activities! Participants will explore their adventurous side and challenge themselves this holiday season. Learn how to work as a team in the 3D printing, holiday claymation, cooking and easter egg hunting!

April Holiday Workshops

Aviation Workshop

Dates: 8 to 12 Apr (Mon-Fri)

Location: GEMS World Academy (Singapore) 2 Yishun Street 42, Singapore 768039

Cost: $650 (5 days) per week

Age Group: 9 to 15 year old

Time: 9 am to 2 pm

The Aviation Workshop will cover the science behind flying. It will cover the Aviation Science concepts through experiential learning. Participants will have hands-on activities and will even learn how to fly drones as part of the aviation experience.

Language Workshops 

Study Camp Powered by British Council

Dates:  8 to 12 Apr (Mon to Fri) or 15 to 18 Apr (Mon to Thu)

Location: British Council, 30 Napier Rd, Singapore 258509

Cost: $736 (5 days) | $589 (4 days)

Age Group: 9 to 15 year old

Language Proficiency: Non-native speakers of English from beginner to upper-intermediate

Time: 9 am to 1 pm

Course focus:

  • Developing critical thinking and language skills required for modern life through a regular focus on research projects and collaborative tasks. 
  • Learning academic and subject-specific English designed to directly support the students in both the IB and the Cambridge school system.
  • Building confidence through the use of English in a variety of real-life situations.
